Reinstalling (eg: deleting the plugin and then re-installing it) will not really help “debug” something as nothing will actually change between these two steps.
The best way to debug a plugin is to have a staging or testing site where you can disable plugins without affecting your production site. You can read a guide on setting up and using a staging site here: https://lifterlms.com/docs/staging/
You can also setup a really quick test case on a disposable test site by using https://poopy.life/ — this site gives you a temporary disposable WordPress site that you can play around with!
