    I am trying to connect GTM on Sitekit where I am trying to “re-fetch my account” but it’s not working. I’ve tried both Sidekick and Google Chrome.

    Hi @raunakhajela thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having issues with the “Re-fetch My Account” option in Site Kit. Thank you for sharing the recording which is very helpful.

    Could you please confirm that the Google account you used to connect to Site Kit does have available accounts and containers connect to in Site Kit? You can check this by going to your Tag Manager account where you will see any accounts and their associated containers.

    Would you also be able to share your Site Health Information using this private form which will allow me to check your setup to see if anything stands out that could be causing this re-fetch not to work.

    Thank you for the quick response!

    The issue was with GTM account permissions. I followed the steps you mentioned and it fixed the issue.
