Re-evaluating

  • Can’t update using whm/cpanel website tookkit.
    These plugins failed to update:
    – Elementor Pro (from version 3.15.0 to 3.15.1) :?https://elementor.com/pro/changelog/

    This has been going on for a few months. Sometimes I have to update the regular, the pro version and then log into the site to run the updater for both. That’s 4 updates for every site.

    I quit trusting you after you had me install the version with the security vulnerability. If you could allow your plugin to be updated without logging into every website, that would be nice. We need you to follow WordPress standards more closely. You are by far the most time consuming plugin I pay for.

    Since you are an Elementor Pro user the developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
