Re: Error when attempting to Export Orders to Spreadsheet

    Hi there,

    When I am in the Orders Tab within the plugin and try to click on “Export Orders to Spreadsheet” – https://d.pr/i/GiWN, I then get an Error Rendering Page from our host servers – https://d.pr/i/OsiO

    I have also submitted a ticket to Pagely, however I wanted to know if there was anything that was causing this that you could identify?

    I received a response back from our hosting company. The error message was:

    Hi couture,

    If you notice, many of the errors say something couldn’t be opened or found, especially PHPExcel. If you go into the plugin folder, do you see a folder called “PHPExcel”? And are there files in that folder?

    It sounds like maybe not all the plugin files were downloaded either when you installed or updated the plugin. The first thing to try would be to delete the plugin and then download it fresh.
