Re-download premium zip plugin (hit limit troubleshooting)

  • Yes same here. I have deleted and re-installed the plug-in, after that premium support extension disappeared. I inform it to the Mikey, still no reply. Now it took almost 12 days. So sad. ??

    I added this as a feature to stop people spamming my downloads. I have reset the counts to zero so you should be able to install.

    Unfortunately I have had no choice but to remove the premium support extension because there is a high chance you email will not reach me. I am more then happy to refund.

    For me, I don’t expect any refund. This is a great plug-in, you give it totally free.

    But if you could speed up the premium support it’s better. Because now it took almost 2 weeks, still I can’t complete the backup. Yes, I think you have your own works.
