re-direct to new domain

I have just set up a website for somebody who no longer has the details of their old web hosting. They want to re-direct their old domain to the new one but of course you would normally do that through the host. Both sites were created on www.remarpro.com. Is there a plug-in available that can re-direct it? I have looked and tested two-none of which worked for me.
