on line 11 & 12 you set the score and URL, but it can be extended to accept different scores and URLs too.

I wouldn’t past it into any code plugin. Instead please do it like this:

1. create an empty file with a .php extension (e.g. “redirect-based-on-score.php”)
2. copy the code and paste it into it
3. make the changed that Patrick described (line 11 & 12, as explained)
4. save the file
5. upload it – using FTP, cPanel “File Manager” or similar way – to the “/wp-content/mu-plugins” folder of your site’s WordPress installation

This way you add the code as a so called “Must Use” plugin. Here you can read more about “Must Use” plugins:
