    I have just upgraded the plugin to v2.2 and did hit the big blue button to re-connect my account but it just does not work. After going through the FB Setup I am not re-directed back to the WP site but to my FB Homepage. Smash Balloon Social is correctly added to the FB Business-Integration but my account is not showing up in WP admin. Any help highly appreciated. Btw. it’s a business account. Cheers, Hos

    Otherwise, have you tried manually connecting with the “Button not working?” link next to the big blue button?

    Hey Holgers,

    I just spoke with the Facebook team about this issue and they had another suggestion.

    It sounds like the issue might be that you’re logging in with an old Facebook account which is specifically for that page, rather than your personal Facebook account. Facebook used to allow accounts just for specific pages, but no longer support them in their authentication tool. Can you try logging in using the personal account of an admin on the Facebook page? That may solve the problem.
