I re-enabled a site that I thought I had deleted. The link/site name does not appear in the Network Admin drop-down menu, in the far left corner. The site does not appear in MultiSite widgets or plugins that list the network sites.

ESL Buddies – a social spot for English learners
    https://toni-esl.com/eslbuddy/

    Main Site:
    Toni’s ESL Space
    https://toni-esl.com/

    Everything else seems in order:
1). The site is listed on the Sites Page in Network Admin.
    – the links to the site all work

2). The site itself is intact and works 100%.
    – It seems it was never actually deleted. I had found it in place, online, when I hit a bookmark. But it wasn’t in the list of active sites until I re-enabled it.

I am not WordPress literate or tech knowledgeable. I am clueless.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    I found the solution:

Sites will only show in My Sites if you have been added as a user for that blog, even if you are a Network Admin. Add your Network Admin account as a regular user to each blog and they will appear in your My Sites.
