RDF Breadcrumbs Not Up To Google Standard

Hello Guys,

I thought someone would have caught this by now its been a few months however I Guess not.. Google has an issue with the breadcrumb with the fact that the last link is not click able in the breadcrumb. Here is a report directly from Google’s rich text testing tool

So there you have it.. I hope its an easy fix. This issue is across all WordPress sites using Yoast SEO not only just ones I manage..
