$raw returns an error

Great idea, hopefully can be a core concept someday.
With debug on I get an error from the $raw in /classes/plugin.php line 112.
$title = apply_filters( 'cws_tc_sanitize_title', $title, $raw, $context );Undefined variable.
I just commented it out.
