Hi syadza,
Thank you very much for your question.
I am glad you like the add-on and will be happy to answer you of course. Our team and I are just working on a release of a full documentary and demos for this add-on. Hope to have it all online within 2 weeks.
Back to your question – Not sure If I understand you correctly, but let me explain how raw materials work.
Raw material is a product type, yes, it can be sold in the shop or not. It is designed so you as a user can decide.
Raw material is the source material of your finished product (as is the flour for bread for example). You will set it up as raw material and tell your main product of how much you need of it to produce 1 main product unit.
The add-on will then tell you how much stock you need to keep up with the demand.
If you know ATUM, there is a Stock Central in there for our free users. However, our Premium Add-on owners get Manufacturing Central as well. All your Raw Materials and Product Parts appear there.
The shoppers will not see these Raw Materials and Products Parts by default. Some users want to sell these as well, so we have given them the option.
Hope I managed to answer your question.
Pavel
