This has been a on going issue for over 10 days now. I sure would apreciate any help or ideas to solve this. Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

Copy/pasting the notifications you are seeing in your Google Merchant Center is not making it any easier to read for us ??

The notifications you are seeing do not seem to have anything to do with our plugin or the feed itself but with the content in the feed.

    Ambiguous GTIN code:
Google is really strict about the proper usage of GTIN’s. Make sure all your GTIN’s meet Google’s criteria. Please see: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324461?hl=en

Value too long in attribute brand:
10 of your products have a brand value thats longer than 70 characters which is no t allowed by Google. Make sure your brands are no longer than 70 characters. Please see: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324351?hl=en

This value must be one of the values stated in the data feed instructions for attribute: availability:
You added a value to the availability field that is not allowed by Google. These are the values that are allowed: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324448?hl=en
Our guess is that you have added an “on backorder” availability to your feed. You can solve that by creating a rule like this: https://adtribes.io/changing-backorder-stock-product-feed/

Invalid string value in attribute: gtin
Google is really strict about the proper usage of GTIN’s. Make sure all your GTIN’s meet Google’s criteria. Please see: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324461?hl=en

Missing unit for shipping height, width, length
Google is advising you to add the shipping height, width and length to your feed. Those fields can be selected in the field mapping drop-downs and need to be mapped to your attributes that hold values that meet these requirements: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324498?hl=en

The basic question remains ,how does the feed list “on back order when that isn’t a option and is not the case with the actual data on the product pages?

Every product page shows “in stock” or “out of stock”. Yet the raw feed shows “on back order”.

    Stock status (g:availability)

The plugin pre-mapped Google’s availability field to the stock status of your products. Allowed values for Google are “in stock”, “out of stock” and “preorder”. The plugin will automatically determine if your product is in stock or out of stock so leave this pre-filled mapping in place.

That being the rule how do I still have this problem ?

Any thoughts? I sure could use a solution and thank you in advance for looking at this issue and helping to fix it.

The rule you suggested was installed several days ago and we still have this issue. I have created a new feed in a effort to drop the false out of stock reporting.

It apears that the old feed is some how corrupted. The new feed is not triggering a out of stock error. Hope this information is passed on to someone else with this issue. Hopefully it will save them a boat load of time and money.
