Ratio restricted products question

Hi there,

Is it possible to restrict the purchase of a single item based on the combined total of other specific products in cart?

I own a comic book shop, and some cover options are what we call ratio variants.
You can order 1 copy for every combined total of 25 other specific comics.
So if you order 50 of the others you can order 2 of the ratio variant.

Is this something your plugin can do, if not do you have any ideas of what I might try please?
