Ratings are removed automatically after one month

  • Hi Lester,

    I have been using this plugin since 7 months and eveytime on 1st of every month, all the stars are vanished from front-end automatically. But I can find the previous ratings at WP dashboard at back-end but unable to retrieve them.

    Awaiting to hear back. ??

    Most likely it is other theme and plugin that is causes this. There are no cron/scheduler jobs in the plugin itself. So it is impossible for it to automatically delete itself. Might be something to do with some scheduler or cache plugin on your end? I am not sure myself. You probably have to deactivate one plugin at a time to debug it.
