ratingCount not working – “property must be a positive number”

    I installed the snippet code on my site but when I test the page with Search Console it gives me this error:

    type AggregateRating
    worstRating 0
    bestRating 5
    ratingValue 0
    ratingCount 0

    The value in the “ratingCount” property must be a positive number

    But I have 9 reviews on Google.
