Rating stores & individual products – Is it Possible?

Hi,

I’m building a site that dedicated to the home electronics industry (speakers, etc.) I’m relatively new to WordPress, so I hope I’m not asking a bad question. The site will have four major sections –

(a) Daily blog posts
(b) Forum
(c) A section that allows people to rank electronics stores & websites, by giving a store a rating on a scale, and then post a comment/review, etc.
(d) Also do this with individual products

Section C will be similar to ResellerRatings – a good example page is here: https://www.resellerratings.com/store/Vann_s

Is there a plugin that would work for this? Is this a part of the site I’d have to create using something other than WordPress? If so, is there a site/tool that would work well for what I’m attempting?

Over the past decade I used Cold Fusion, MS SQL, Server 2000 (colo) to build everything, so I’m flying a bit blind at the moment. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
