Rating stars disappearing

@jimihaze I am not sure what you mean: “stars disappearing with a view seconds”. Do you have a URL that I can check?

@jimihaze The main part of the animation has not appeared – the stars that you’re seeing there exist only for the duration of the animation (a backdrop) before fading out.

I think there is a styling conflict with your theme or another plugin. If you can share the actual URL of this website, I can offer a solution for you.

Otherwise, please try either sortcode parameter to change or remove the animation:

[reviews_rating stars="html"]

or

[reviews_rating animate=false]

@jimihaze I quickly spotted the problem – and it’s happened before with the same or similar theme – the animate style has zero opacity.

Please add this to your CSS (or in the Custom Styles box in the Advanced Tab):

.google-business-reviews-rating .animate {
	opacity: 1;
}
