    Hello I do have a question
    I add new rating item, it shows and then I can rate it but
    I create the short code in a post to show the rating results and it appears that there are no results,and I already rate it and then I go to my post and the post don’t show any results ,what can I do?

    Hi,

    Can you send the shortcode you’re using? Or are you using the auto placement settings to display the rating results?

    Is it a post, page or some other custom post type?

    the shortcode I’m using is : [display_top_rating_results title=”Top Rating Results” limit=”5″]

    I ‘m using the placement settings to display results

    is a listing of restaurant

    I believe this is caused by a a recent update to support custom taxonomies. I’ll have a fix ready soon.

    Hi,

    Please us the following shortcode: [display_top_rating_results limit=”2″ rating_form_id=”1″ show_category_filter=”false” taxonomy=”listings_categories” term_id=”0″]

    Note the taxonomy is set to ‘listings_categories’ and the term_id set to 0 which means All.
