Rating circle is black instead of green

    Hello, everyone,

    the Rating-Circle in the widget is suddenly black instead of green, and the buy button on Detail Page is no longer displayed correctly.

    I have already switched off the cache plugin, but this does not lead to any changes.

    If I am logged in as administrator, the Rating-Circle is correctly green. But as a normal site visitor I have errors in the display. It seems a bit confused for me.

    Maybe someone can help with this? Thanks a lot.

    @danielkarlsruhe looks like one of your plugins (autoptimize) is interfering. Can you please switch it off and then see whether the behavior is as expected?

    pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

    if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.

    @danielkarlsruhe following the above suggestion, it seems like autoptimize is not the problem. You may want to check a conflict with other plugins (disable all of them and then enable one a time to see which one is causing this problem) because we don’t see any reason for the admin and a visitor to see things differently.

    Many thanks for your help. I disable all Plugins on my Page and empty the Cache. Unfortunately it doesnt change anything. Thats really strange, because I use your Plugin on many Homepages and never had this problem before. I could reinstall your Plugin, but then all my Ratings are gone.

    edit: I fixed the Problem! After I updated the GeneratePress Theme everything is fine.
