Rates Not in Order

I’d like to have the list of shipping option results show up in order of ascending price. Instead, the Ground option shows up in the middle of the more expensive options, and abandoned carts may happen because shipping seems to be too expensive.

How can I have the options show up in order from cheapest to most expensive? Or at least have the Ground option show up first?

Example:
The current options:
UPS 3 Day Select: $22.69
UPS Next Day Air Early: $93.70
UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.: $31.75
UPS Ground: $13.27
UPS Next Day Air Saver: $50.82
UPS Next Day Air: $57.70
UPS 2nd Day Air: $29.56

Preferred:
UPS Ground: $13.27
UPS 3 Day Select: $22.69
UPS 2nd Day Air: $29.56
UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.: $31.75
UPS Next Day Air Saver: $50.82
UPS Next Day Air: $57.70
UPS Next Day Air Early: $93.70
