Rates not cacculating

    I have added the plugin and set the default product weight to 2.9. This should then calculate a 3kg australia post satchel however it calculates the price to be 10.55 which is the 1kg satchel however even this is the wrong price for the 1kg satchel. Please advise?

    This plugin does not support pre-paid satchels. It will only display the regular own-packaging prices. If you’re referring to the Pro version, please, open a support ticket at https://wpruby.com

    I don’t understand – what calculation is this pluign making if it is not making a postage calculation? how do we get it to display prices for pre paid parcels?

    I answered your question in my previous reply. “It will only display the regular own-packaging prices.” pre-paid satchels are not supported currently.
