    I have been using free version of the plugin to test it before purchasing. However I have noticed that the rates being pulled by the plugin are lower than the rates in my live account on UPS.

    I do not have the negotiated rates turned on in my UPS account, and I have the plugin configured according to your documentation with the API key working appropriately. The plugin was pulling the correct rates for a short time, but now it is $2-5 lower every time than the rates on UPS.com

    I have the pickup set to Customer Counter, and as I am not using the paid plugin I don’t have the additional options that effect the rates.

    How do I get this corrected?

    Hi @serenityinchains,

    Have you checked the rates in the online calculator at UPS.com while being logged in to your user account and having the default payment method defined for your UPS user account at Profile > Accounts and Payment Options? That’s the most common reason of the rates’ discrepancies being overlooked pretty often.

    Changing the Pickup Type from Customer Counter to one of the other options may also result in fixing the rates’ values.

    @lusp I have.

    I will try changing the pickup type but wouldn’t that cause additional charges to be added to the customer’s total, considering anything other than customer counter is an additional charge with UPS?

    Changing the Pickup Type may result in adjusting the rates coming from the UPS API the right way. It shouldn’t have an influence on any other charges, however, in some cases using the additional Rates Adjustments’ features available in the PRO version might come handy as well. You may try all of them and check how they work using your UPS account in our DEMO environment at https://demo.flexibleshipping.com .
