Rates aren’t properly adding mandatory UPS fees?

    Hello!

    We discovered today that our cart charged $19.76 to ship a 10lb box with dimensions of 60x25x8 via UPS Ground from zip code 92392 to zip code 84093.

    Our vendor said that UPS actually charges $40.52 plus a mandatory $11.75 handling fee for this exact shipment, causing us to lose $30 on the sale.

    How do we fix the plugin so that it charges what UPS actually charges?
