Rate Comment on Links

  • Hey there…!

    I was woundering if there is a plugin out there, that allows my users to rate a link, and comment at the same time?
    I want my users to write a comment when they rate a link on a page, so the dont give 1 star, the comment forces them to stand forward and tell why the give this link 1 star..
