Rarely working: User writes an activity stream message 1 time(s)

    I’m using with BuddyBoss:

    Trigger: User writes an activity stream message 1 time(s)
    Action: Send an email to X

    I get the email for perhaps 1 out of 10 messages. Any idea why it may not be working the other 9 out of 10 times?
