Rare 404 URLs

Hi. My website Konexión Rock Perú produces lots of 404 rare reports like these:

I don’t know if it is a Timthumb.php problem or if it is caused by other source. At present I’m using the last version of timthumb.php. It is 2.8.4.
Any help??? Thanks…
