    RankMath is a good plugin, but there are some problems.
    RankMath causes the speed of the WordPress site to slow down and has a negative effect on the speed of the site!!
    Just see the following images taken from the Query Monitor plugin.

    The following query from your screenshot allows Rank Math to query the pending actions and this shouldn’t cause any significant slowdown.

    Please get in touch with your web host and ask them to set at least the following values:

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
    Max input time: 150
    PHP time limit: 120
    PHP max input variables: 1000

    See if that will help the situation.
