Yes, it is possible to import/export keyword data for your post types and products although import/export function is only available for the PRO plugin: https://rankmath.com/kb/export-keywords/

I mean if it’s possible to export the product keywords in the WooCommerce products table as a column so I can add a keyword to the products directly in the table before the import.

Yes, your products’ keywords can be exported via CSV and will be added under the column focus_keyword.

You can export them so you can edit those per product on your site:
