    The Rank Math plugin does not interact with the images of your website outside the content area.

    Thus, the comment images are not added to the Sitemap generated by the Rank Math plugin nor does it instruct the search engine bots to index the comments’ images.

    You would need to check the coding of the theme you are using and ensure that the comments are not added as part of the content.
