    Hi,

The plugin sounds awesome and wonder why less people are using it, maybe people don’t notice it? Anyway, I want to make sure 2 things before installing it,

    1. Is this plugin compatible with RankMath which has search console feature?
    2. I installed a child theme and added the Google analytics code in header. Should I remove it?

    Please advise.

    Hi!

I don’t invest in promotion or anything, so it’s purely word of mouth. Let’s say I’m taking over the world, slow, but steady. ??

    1. I don’t see a reason why it wouldn’t be compatible. You might have to revalidate your domain ownership using a different method, if you used your Google Analytics tracking code to validate your ownership in Google Search Console. Because CAOS’ tracking snippet looks different from Google’s default snippet.
    2. Yes, you should remove it, because CAOS adds it for you.

    Hope it helps!

Thank you for your prompt reply. I installed it and need some advice since I don’t see any improvement on PSI and GTmetrix.

I deactivated child theme with the Google analytics code in the header, set Position of tracking-code to Footer, turned on Enable Preconnect and Enable Stealth Mode Lite. I added Google Analytics Tracking ID.

That’s all what I did and cleared all cache. Anything else I need to do?

    Nope. Sounds good!

It’s strange that you don’t see any improvement. Are you sure?

Your score should go up at least by a point. And your loading time should decrease. Not by much, but ~20ms. It’s only one or two files you’re optimizing after all ??

Are you using the Asynchronous snippet? That speeds up loading time a bit more.

But, nonetheless, enjoy Stealth Mode, you’re one step closer to 100% accurate Google Analytics now. ??
