Rankings not showing when hovering over

  • When hovering over the number of votes counter next to the stars in my post, a screen appears where my visitors can see how many people ranked poor or average etc.
    the problem is that the screen appears to be empty when hovering over,
    if i select the screen an paste in notepad it does show the text, average, poor, best etc.
    i thought it was the font color but it is black.

    dont know what to do now…

    i hope somebody has the answer

    Would it be possible that te screen that appears when hovering over the number of votes is to wide for the screen?
    so maybe the text is visible but its just outside the screen?
