RANKING page, sorting columns

  • Ho AntoineH,
    in my tournament, several rankings will be drawn up.
    FULL points, GOAL DIFFERENCE and TOTO points. There will also be weekly awards.
    It would be very useful to have the following improvement on this page:
    the ability to sort data by selecting one or the other column.
    Do you think it is possible to get this chance in the future?

    Sorting a ranking on anything other than the total points seems a bit strange to me. But if you would like this, you might want to try to find a jQuery plugin that can rewrite the table with sortable headers.

    One thing I noticed with the above plugin, is that it needs a thead and tbody. Something that can be easily added to the extension plugin for the score breakdown (see this example).

    All you need next is to follow the instructions for the jQuery plugin. You can add the required files and javascript in your theme (easy approach), or use one of WP’s filters to register the files (a bit more complex). And then do some testing ?? I have no experience with the quality of sortable table plugins.
