Ranking not updated after match completion?

Looks like the ranking calculation did not finish. You can start it again from the options page.

Hi! I’ve done that, recalculated, but it’s almost instant (for 90 players~~), I get this screen (https://imgur.com/a/6yU3VdY) and nothing really happens.

Same here for me.I see the statistics for the first match but not overall.

You can see the calculations have been made if you check other people’s scores (https://prode.panchedar.com.ar/estadisticas/?view=matchpredictions&match=1) but if you go to normal statistics https://prode.panchedar.com.ar/estadisticas/ there’s nothing there!

What could be happening?

My points in the rankings page are also not showing (they just show a 0 for everyone), while if I check stats on each player they show they have points.

The stats for a single match are not taken from the database, but calculated real-time with some PHP code.

The overall statistics and the rankings are taken from a large table that needs to be populated by the ranking calculation. If this is not working, then you won’t see any statistics.
My advice would be to check your error logs if there is something there that is related to my plugin, maybe disable some other plugins (e.g. caching plugins can be aggressive and interfere with my code) or switch the calculation method to not use the AJAX method (see help page for information).

If nothing helps, then I see no other option than to debug the code on the server. Or download a copy and do the debugging on a test machine.

This was happening to me. I did force calculations and it worked

How can I force calculations? I’m sorry the button is disabled for me.

Can anyone explain the debugging process for a none debugger? Thanks.

It was not calculating for me the 1st time, then I reload page and save again results and voilá it worked like a charm, hope this helps someone.

I had to create a new classification and select that from the clasification option’s page.
