Rank Requirements not Counting?

I have made a military based ranking list. The next rank has the following requirements:

Log in to website 50 times
Comment on a post 50 times
Create a topic on Introduce Yourself forum 1 time
Create a new topic 50 times
Reply to a topic 50 times
Reply to any topic on Introduce Yourself forum 5 times
Favorite a topic 5 times
Update profile information 1 time
Change cover image 1 time
Change profile avatar 1 time
Create a topic on UFOs forum 1 time
Send an invitation 2 times

Here’s a screenshot of the requirements configuration.

As soon as I comment under a post nothing happens and it still shows that I have to post 50 comments.

Please advice?

ps: this is not cache related because it is going on for some time.
