Rank posts by Rating with Post Grid Plugin

Dear Site Reviews Team,
currently I’m working on a bestlist for my Page. For the ratings I use your Plugin and for the bestlist Overview I’m using the Post Grid Plugin. In the post grid plugin I have the option to rank the posts by the rating with _glsr_ranking and that works perfectly.
My problem is that in the post grid only Posts appear that already have a rating and not those who dont have a rating. In your FAQ I found a explanation on how to do it, but sadly I’m too nooby for that ??
Please explain me how the post grid shows the posts which have a rating AND those who dont.

Site Reviews will only add those meta keys to a page if the page has reviews assigned to it.
Since this is related to the Post Grid plugin, you may need to contact the support of that plugin, show them the query example that Site Reviews provides, and ask them if it is possible to perform that meta query with the Post Grid plugin.
It’s also possible that the Post Grid Pro version is needed, but you would have to ask them.
