Rank on total points

    I created ranks.

    I want to rank people based on the total points they achieve. But it doesn’t work with total score. I have to select a points type for each rank and then it works fine.
    But on total points of all points types combined it does not work.

    Does anyone know how?

    Hi @maurisop!

    I would be more than happy to assist you today.

    In this case you will have to configure each rank with the event “reach a points balance” and when the users have a movement in their points balance then their rank will be updated.

    Thanx for the answer Paco, I selected reach a points balance. And then I set the points type to default points. But it doesn’t work. It only works when I choose a specific points type.

    It is necessary to define the type of point, since GamiPress has to know what type of point it is to count points when it reaches a balance.
    If you don’t define the point type for it, then it won’t know what type of point it has to count.
    In any case, there are no events for the sum of all types of points, it is only possible to reward for a specific type of point as I explained in the previous message.
