Yes, I was following that guide on how to do it, and the problem is when I click on import. The page just makes a fast reload and nothing happen.

Please provide us with screenshot of the dashboard area after you click on import. You can use any image-sharing service like https://pasteboard.co/, https://snag.gy/, https://imgur.com/, https://snipboard.io/, or even upload the screenshot to your own website. Once you upload it to an image-sharing service, please share the link to the image here.

Also please check the browser console for errors. You can follow this article to see if there is any error in the console: How to find JavaScript errors with your browser’s console?
