    Given:

Post (note) Its analogue is amp

    Requirement:

It is necessary to remove the page from the site (so that the non-amp pages and non-regular pages are not visible)

    What comes out:

A redirect is created only for the regular version of the post; it is not created for the amp post (you need to manually register it)

What I would like to see:

When you click on the redirect so that it also offers a redirect from the amp post page

    Post view

    example.com/post (regular page)

    example.com/post/?amp (amp page version)

    Hello @rstrah,

    Thank you for contacting support.

If we understand correctly, you want the plugin to create an automatic redirection for the AMP variation of the posts when you change the slug, much like what we do already for the normal version of the posts.

Is that the situation you are currently reporting? If that’s the case, that is not available at the moment but we can add this to the improvement list and check whether or not this would be suitable to add in the future.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

@rankmathteam Yes that’s right . At the moment, your redirect through the edit window does not have the desired effect (although your plugin is compatible with amp)

    Hello @rstrah,

Thank you for confirming that. We have gone and noted your suggestion. If this feature is something we can add to our plugin, we will surely let you know. At the moment, it is just not possible as we can only auto-redirect regular posts/pages only.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any other questions.
