I will definitely try to do this. Could you please test if it works, by editing the file wp-content/cf-images/App/Core.php and on ~ line 189 change:

if ( ! is_admin() ) {

to

if ( ! is_admin() && ! doing_filter( 'rank_math/head' ) ) {

I thought you solved it, but I was with the administrator account. I actually didn’t solve the problem by implementing this, I also tried other filters and wp_head filter, but nothing. I cleared the cache, but nothing changes.

@stefa98, will re-test this again, and find a fix today

Okay! Because I’ll explain what happens, RankMath not validating that the image ends up in .png/.jpg etc… (because Cloudflare images are without the extension in the link) doesn’t put them in the opengraph (meta og:) generated by RankMath.
So even a solution that goes to exclude the entire tag (wp_head()) from running the plugin would be fine

@stefa98 , I think I was able to make it work. Can you please test the version below? Download and replace the plugin files:
