Rank Math do wrong redirects for categories

    Hello,

    I have website on Lite Speed server. I am using Rank Math in my site. I have problem with the plugin. Every few days it broke category redirections. Plugin redirects categories pages to 404 or to some product page. Solution – disable Rank Math, delete cache, enable Rank Math. Rank Math doing something wrong in site and I dont know where is the problem. Can somebody help me with it please?

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    We had fixed a similar issue a couple of months ago. The Category redirection was showing 404 when a new category was created or when an existing Category was deleted from the site.

    We were not able to reproduce this issue on our setups.

    Is there a possibility of contacting us via our forums on our website so you can have more devs looking into the issue?

    Hello,

    thank you for answer. I think that problem persists at LiteSpeed server. I am tryed to make clone of one site to another domain and when I want to change URL name of category, then it show 404 error. Also when I am change subcategory name, main category does not work – no 404 error, category just dont load. It start work correctly only when Rank Math is disabled. I have 3 sites and in all I am using Rank Math. I was very satisfied with this plugin but now it is for me useless. Maybe is Rank Math not compatibile with LiteSpeed server? I am sending request through official website.

    Can you please create a fresh staging site on your server and record a screencast, using a free service like Loom, showing the error?
