  • Me too.

In fact I needed to create a new property before it could find it.

    Hello @pierre313

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

The Analytics module might not be returning any value because we have hit the allowed API limit due to the sheer number of users using the latest version.

Google allows applying for an increase in the quota limit only when someone hits at least an 80% API limit, which happened after we released the final version and everyone started to mass-import their data.

With that said, we have applied for an increase in the quota limit and as soon as that happens, the Google Analytics part will start working again.

All the search console data, along with many other filters we added, have moved to the Analytics tab. All your console data will be available there along with the Analytics data.

We seek your understanding and patience in this matter.

Hope that helps. If there’s anything else we can help you with, please let us know.

    We are here to assist.

Thanks for the explanation, there is nothing urgent in my case. I can wait. I just have a question, do you have a list of the features that the pro version will offer ? I would be interested

    Hi @rankmath ,

In the meantime, if it is urgent, what would you recommend users do?

I also have this message now after updating to newest version.

Should I sit it out until automatically updates or sorts itself out? Or do I need to do something else like revert back to last plugin version because I don’t want to set up a new property etc. It’s important that I keep the data I already have for the website.

    Thanks

    Hello @calrich

Can you please tell us which message are you seeing?

The plugin does not set up a new property automatically if your account already has a Google Analytics property.

Hope that clears the confusion. Thank you.

    Hi @rankmath ,

    Thanks for the quick reply.

I get the message ‘Thank you for updating Rank Math! We’ve completely revamped our Analytics module with Google Analytics & Google Search Console integrations. For a seamless experience, please re-authenticate your Google account’ and am prompted to click to connect Google services.

If I do click to connect, I am required to ‘Grant Rank Math SEO permission’ 6 steps including ‘Create a new Google Analytics account along with its default property and view’.

    Thanks,

*Just checked out the links you’ve provided. So are these steps just permissions for a new Rank Math feature? I wish it was more clear because I wasn’t sure if it was trying to overwrite the property data I already have.
