Rank elementor widget doesn’t show Requirements Toggle in mobile view

    Hi and thank you for a truly awesome plugin!

    I am using the show rank elementor widget on a dashboard page. The widget looks beautiful on desktop view and also in the elementor mobile view. But when I go live and go to the dashboard with my phone browser the “show Requirements Toggle” arrows doesn’t show and the show next rank widget is smaller than the show current rank widget. I’ve deactivated all plugins except elementor and elementor pro and gamipress and changed theme to 2024 and updated everything. Still same problem. Is this a known issue?

    Hi @bba01,

    If you are referring to the Rank image, is it possible that you have changed image sizes? If this is the case, you may have to upload the images again and regenerate the thumbnails.

    Please, could you open a support ticket about this matter and add screenshots to verify what may be happening and thus give you a more precise answer?
