range sliders for product attributes?

Hello,
I would like to set rabge sliders for certain attributes of products, for example
socket amount – 1 to 4
max tpd – 3w to 250w
pin heaers – 1 to 4
klock frequncy – 16mhz to 2,66ghz
etc.
maybe i am searching in a wrong way but i cant find any info on wich plugins can do this.
only picture sliders come up or price sliders, but no range sliders for product attributes.
Preferably free since this is for test only, but if no free is available then my budget is max around 25 usd
