    Hi!
    I have a problem with shipping methods and I’m kind of running out of options.

    I made the website for my client and everything worked fine but from time to time random clients were mailing that they don’t have any shipping methods available. Every time I was checking it with their address and everything worked fine but it’s constantly repeating. I have all three shipping methods available all the time, it doesn’t matter which address I put. My client however still gets messages from clients that there are no shipping methods for them.

    There is no pattern, it works perfectly fine for us and our clients (store owner) but seems to randomly appear.
    Do you maybe know what’s the reason and how to fix it?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that randomly there are no shipping methods available on your client’s site and that there is no pattern to this.

    Can you please share with us a screenshot of the following:

    – General Settings
    – Shipping Settings
    – Shipping Options / Classes (if applicable)

    Exactly. For most customers, us (developers) and shop owners it works 100% fine. however some of customers say that despite of providing good address, it says there are no shipping methods available (even though we can write the same on our end and it works). There is no pattern in which situation problem occurs.
    We’ve checked all options on our end including theme and plugin conflicts, we work at this setup on multiple websites and only this one has such a problem.

    Thanks for reaching back, with further information on this. I went ahead with checking the website itself, and I was not able to see any shipping methods; so, this happens, indeed. (here is a screenshot, for reference)

    Then, after closely inspecting the screenshots you sent here, I noticed there is Flexible Shipping options for Poland. Since this type of shipping is not among the core WooCommerce shipping options (which I am linking a screenshot directly here), I suggest getting in touch with that shipping plugin’s developers directly about this.

    I might be wrong, though. In that case, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.?You can either paste them in your response here, or use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us.
