Our experience wasn’t good. The plugin regularly disconnect from ConstantContact so no lists are attached, resulting in lost submissions.

    Hi @davecriswell

We’re curious if by chance you haven’t uninstalled the plugin quite yet, as we’re curious what may be in any available error logs that could help troubleshoot those connection issues.

For what it’s worth, ever since version 2.3.0, we’ve had a catch in place for signups that occurred during connectivity issues, so that those could be re-sent after connection has been re-established.

We can also check with some other details around the account if we know what email address the account is owned by. However, we also understand if you don’t want to share that part publicly, for which you can send that along to [email protected]

Thanks for the reply, @constantcontact. I haven’t uninstalled yet and will reach out to the email address you shared.

For some feedback, part of the issue and frustration is that Constant Contact support told me to contact WordPress because WordPress controlled the plugin.

Can definitely understand the frustration on being proverbially batted around. Typically with the “Constant Contact Forms” plugin, we prefer support to go through the forums here, as opposed to the channels at https://www.constantcontact.com/about/contact-us as it’s different people monitoring the spaces.

Our people who monitor the forums here are specific in regards to supporting the WordPress products.

Looking forward to getting the email so that we can further troubleshoot.

    Thanks.

Confirmed receiving and looking into things on our end, as well as moving some communication to the private correspondence.
