After few days of use my customer told me that CM form was not working.
I checked in WordPress admin and found the message “list not found” in the CM plugin form settings.
I had to disconnect and reconnect to CM in plugin settings to make it work again.
    The same thing happened yesterday.
If an update is not done I will probably have to uninstall the plugin because I certainly can’t check every day if it is working.
Does anyone have a better alternative to recommend?

  • I tried disconnecting and reconnecting and it still shows “list not found.” I figure an update of WP did this. I either create my own pop up that emails me the info and I enter it manually or I link to the ‘Your Subscribe Page.’ Not awesome.

Same problem here. Form was working fine, and then it just stopped one day. List not found. Sucks.

Hi @lorec76 @skylabb and @discomidget. We released a major update today that should resolve the issues you surfaced. Please update the plugin and let us know if there’s anything else that requires our attention. We are increasing the focus on our plugin and planning further optimizations in the future, so we are keeping a close eye on your feedback and greatly appreciate it!

I tried the new updated plugin 2.8.0 with WP 5.2.2 and unfortunately it’s the same behavior. On the form, List Not Found. Client is not showing. I entered the Client ID, Client secret 3 times and received ‘success!’ But then the info was not there.

Hi @discomidget sorry to hear of the continued issues. Did you disconnect and reconnect to your Campaign Monitor account after updating the plugin? Without reconnecting the plugin, the connection will remain broken.

Our engineers are seeing if they reproduce the issues you have experienced, but please let me know if reconnecting the plugin to your account resolves the issue.

Yes I deactivated it and reactivated it. I didn’t uninstall/reinstall, because I did not want to lose the 2 forms that I had made. Is there a way to back the forms up? I would try try to delete/reinstall then. Also, I am on a managed platform WP Engine. I just ran into problems with caching of the checkout page. It was fixed by removing that permalink from caching. Could caching cause any problem here? Thanks for your response.

Hi @discomidget, to confirm have you disconnected and reconnected your Campaign Monitor account to the plugin after the update? That is what will resolve any connection issues.

Please rest assured any forms you created will remain available as you’ve configured them after reconnecting to your Campaign Monitor account.

That was the step I needed to repeat. Once I disconnected, it seems to be working properly. THANKS!!!
