Randomizing of Question is not Working

please confirm your quiz settings. Are you using the “Use Pool of Questions” feature? Do you have this set to 20?

There are only two possibilities that I can think of.

1) You are using a page caching plugin. This means that all of your pages are ‘static’ and can not show random or different content. Disabling the page from caching will get this working for you.

2) Either your theme or another plugin is overriding the way the WordPress uses queries. If this is the case, there is little that I can do on my end to help but I can do what I can to help further assist.

I am not using any page caching plugin, other settings are WP Pagination = 0, Pool of Questions set to = 20, Randomize Questions and Answers.

Plugins installed are Elementor, Envira Gallery, Everest forms, Gravity Forms,
Modern Event Calendar,Smush, WP-Optimize.

That’s all I can tell you and I want to use this “HD Quiz” plugin.

Can you please try to disable Randomize Question order? Setting Pool of Questions already forces randomization, so I’m wondering if there is some conflict if both are enabled. If this works, then I think you helped me find a bug and I can correct this issue for any other users in the future.
