Randomized banner in Gutenbiz theme never worked

  • I was really looking forward to the randomized image display banner in this theme, but when I select the option to randomize my uploaded banner images, no images get displayed. ??

    We have tested on our server and it’s working perfectly if you don’t upload featured images in any pages/posts. Please verify once after removing the featured images.

    I believe my problem is the same. Randomized doesn’t work, nor will any uploaded image work. I’m in Inner Banner, which I think is the right place to change the background of this strip that has “blog” on it. Help? I’m desperate to add some graphics to this for color and interest. My posts all have featured images. I don’t want a background pic. I want a graphic behind the strip of text at the top of the pages. Thanks!
