Randomize Clock Time Without Affecting Date?

    I would like to only randomize the clock time, but leave the date of the post untouched. I tried deleting the date in settings and only leaving time, but it changed the date of all posts to today’s date.

    Can you please make a feature to only randomize the time without affecting the date of the post?
